The main floor of this 1906 hilltop residence in San Francisco–owned by a cosmopolitan, art-collecting couple–was radically reconfigured into a spacious living and dining area open to the outdoors and conducive to large gatherings. Interiors were refreshed to smoothly integrate diverse artwork, while the backyard landscaping was also redesigned.
