The two-tiered gardens of this Mediterranean-style dwelling in Los Angeles were completely redone in the style of the clients’ favorite Italian vacation destination, complete with bold cypress, gnarled trees and perennials in terra-cotta pots. Stone retaining walls, a pergola with built-in seating, a pool and a pool house complete the plan.
